Human Augmentation

Nano Device LAB

KAIST

Welcome to HAND

Meta sapiens is on the verge of changing our lifestyle including bio-augmented human, AI-augmented human, and machine human. The goal of Human Augmentation Nano Device (HAND) LAB is to develop 'Human Augmentation Technologies for Meta Sapiens'. These technologies could provide interesting opportunities for the harmonic coexistence of natural human and new humanity, and the enhancement of human capability. We are interested in developing the following research topics.

         Human Augmented Sensor

           - Auditory, Tactile, Ultrasonic

           - Self-powered energy

         AI Augmented Brain

          - Neuromorphic computing

          - AI-assisted skin sensor

          - AI-Brain interface

         Human electronics

          - Bio-integrated soft electronics

          - Augmented optoelectronics

          - Laser-induced soft materials
